My aging AC unit went out suddenly. By the time I was told and shown that there was no coming back from the dead for the unit, it was 87 degrees in this house! My son in law recommended Bock Services and I am so thankful that he did! Steve Bock contacted me very promptly and by 9:00 the next morning his guys were here tearing out the old system. Within four and a half hours the new system was installed!! His crew was extremely proficient, professional and courteous to a degree that I hardly ever see anymore and furthermore, their price for the job was the most reasonable and fair of the three estimates I got. Levi was wonderful in coming on a Saturday to assist us with our a/c. Bock Services was quick to respond and a reasonable price. When the issue got worse and we needed a new unit sooner than expected, Levi and other technicians came out the next day and installed the unit in a couple of hours. They were reasonable on the price and even took off the money we spent from that Saturday and applied it to the unit. I thought there was still an issue a week later. Hector and Garrett came out within 2 hours of me calling and checked everything out. The issue was just humidity and considering it is peak summer in Texas, this makes sense. I appreciate this companies honesty, reasonable prices, and their quickness in getting an issue resolved during this time of year. It is greatly appreciated. I will definitely be sticking with this company for future issues and recommending them to anyone who needs assistance with their HVAV system.

2/12/2018 I woke up Sunday morning to a house that was 50 degrees on a day when it was sleeting outside. I called my home warranty people, and they connected me to Bock Air Conditioning and Heating Service. Lisa, with Bock Air called me first thing Monday morning to schedule a time for her guy to come fix the problem. He arrived EXACTLY when she said he would, and took care of the issue quickly. Take 5 Carwash have been a customer of ours for over 5 years now. This location called when their Dayton overhead heaters wouldn't turn on for the season. Upon arrival, we determined that they weren't getting any electrical voltage to the system and wires had been cut. We recommended that they call an electrical company to repair their internal wires before touching the system itself. Once they get that taken care of, we'll return for a full diagnostic of their system.

Mrs. L. called us when she purchased a new house and her system wouldn't come on. The furnace in the attic was warped and the door panel wasn't on tight causing the unit not to come on. There were multiple other issues with this HVAC system including needing a new contactor, there was no filter in the unit, new secondary on the coil and some air seal around unit needed. It's very important to get your HVAC inspected prior to purchasing a new home.
