This company called us when they were having issues with their heating system. Upon inspection we found that the wiring for their heat strips wasn't sufficient or big enough for breaker. We recommended an electrician to run additional power and add another breaker to the panel. We also noticed that the unit isn't hung properly and it's causing the unit to warp. Once an electrician completes the recommended work, we will return to give pricing for additional work.

Mr. E. called when his heat stopped working when it was below freezing outside. We arrived a few hours later and determined that one of the contactors for the heat kit had a burnt wire and stopped working. We cut the bad wire and replaced the contactor and now all 4 heat strips are working. Luckily, this home owner has 10 year parts and labor on his equipment. Mrs. G. called when she was having some complications with her heater. Upon inspection we found multiple issues, such as blown fuses and a a burnt contactor. We also found that the the emergency drain pan was severely rusted and the electrical whip wiring was too long. We replaced fuses and contactor and now the system is running to spec. We still recommend replacing the drain pan and clearing out that drain line. The home owner will call when they are ready to move forward with those recommendations.

This carwash called when they were having issues with their system heating. Upon inspection it was determined that the control board among other parts were bad. Due to the cost of part replacement, they decided to replace the entire head of this mini-split. We replaced it with a new 12,000 BTU Gree mini-split head. Now their office is comfortable and running to spec!

One of the property management companies we do HVAC service called stating that the Arbys location was unfortunately without any heat during one of the coldest days of the year. When we arrived, we noticed that their contactor for the blower was bad. We replaced the capacitor and cut out a bad piece of wire. The unit is now working great and they have heat again!

Mr. R. called in stating that their system wasn't heating properly. Upon arrival, we found that their heat pump was completely packed. This causes restriction in airflow causing system not to heat or cool. Once we cleaned the coil off, the system began heating correctly and works as it should!

Mrs. J. called in when her system stopped heating. We found that their system was low on R22 refrigerant and had a clogged blower motor. We recommended a new system but the home owner just wanted to add freon to see how long it would last. Unfortunately a few days went by and the freon had already leaked out. She called back and decided to go forward with a new 3 ton Goodman heat pump system. Now she doesn't have to worry about her system failing during extreme temps and is now covered by a 10 year manufacturer warranty. Mrs. G. called when their system suddenly stopped working. Upon arrival, we found their evap coil 100% clogged. We attempted to clean the coil but unfortunately found rust underneath and couldn't risk further cleaning because it could cause more damage to it. Now they have the peace of mind knowing that their system will keep their home cool in the Summer and warm in the Winter. Take 5 Carwash have been a customer of ours for over 5 years now. This location called when their Dayton overhead heaters wouldn't turn on for the season. Upon arrival, we determined that they weren't getting any electrical voltage to the system and wires had been cut. We recommended that they call an electrical company to repair their internal wires before touching the system itself. Once they get that taken care of, we'll return for a full diagnostic of their system.

Mrs. L. called us when she purchased a new house and her system wouldn't come on. The furnace in the attic was warped and the door panel wasn't on tight causing the unit not to come on. There were multiple other issues with this HVAC system including needing a new contactor, there was no filter in the unit, new secondary on the coil and some air seal around unit needed. It's very important to get your HVAC inspected prior to purchasing a new home.
