Mrs. J. called on a Sunday when they noticed a water leak coming from their indoor unit. Once we arrived, we noticed that their drain line was clogged and since they did not have a safety float switch on their unit, it continued to leak and caused damage to their ceiling. We flushed the drain line and recommended a safety switch to prevent this from happening again in the future.
