Mr. C. has a level 2 membership agreement with us and we called him to perform his heating maintenance before the season hit. Luckily we found a clogged drain line while performing the tune-up and was able to clear it out before it caused a disruption in his heating/cooling. We also recommended a safety switch, which if the drain did clog and back up, would shut the system down to prevent water damage to the home and system. Thank you for your continued business, Mr. C!
