Mr. K. called when his living room unit was not heating. Upon arrival, we noticed that his evap coil was compacted and had microbial growth on it. We cleaned up the coil and cabinet and added a few pounds of 410A refrigerant. Mr. K. also renewed his level 2 maintenance agreement with us. Thank you putting your trust in us!
