Mrs. R. called us through her home warranty company for the first time because her Luxaire system stopped cooling. Upon arrival, we found her R22 system was low on refrigerant due to a leak in their coil. Due to the costly repairs, we recommended a new system would be their best option. They are currently working on a resolution with their warranty company and will call us with the outcome.
