Mr. H. called when his AC system stopped cooling. We found a leak in his evaporator coil which caused the refrigerant to escape. We recommended replacing the coil but due to the age and restrictive size, we recommended a new furnace with it as well. Now, Mr. H. has all new inside equipment and has a 10 year warranty.
