Mr. C. called when his system stopped performing correctly. Upon inspection, we noticed that their evaporator coil was 100% clogged due to poor filter maintenance. We recommended a pull and clean of his evaporator coil and blower and that he change his filter monthly. We performed the cleaning of the coil and blower and now his system is getting the airflow it needs to perform to spec.
