Mrs. G. called when their system suddenly stopped working. Upon arrival, we found their evap coil 100% clogged. We attempted to clean the coil but unfortunately found rust underneath and couldn't risk further cleaning because it could cause more damage to it. The home owner decided to go with a new 5 ton straight cool system for their home. Now they have the peace of mind knowing that their system will keep their home cool in the Summer and warm in the Winter.
