Ms. J. called in when she was having issues with one of her rooms not getting enough air. Upon inspection, we noticed that their duct had split and was needing replaced. We replaced the duct with a larger size for more air flow and now the room is getting the airflow it needs. We did recommend that the home owner upgrade the insulation that is in their attic as it's not enough or up to code. Thank you for trusting us with your HVAC system!
