Mrs. J. called in when her system stopped heating. We found that their system was low on R22 refrigerant and had a clogged blower motor. We recommended a new system but the home owner just wanted to add freon to see how long it would last. Unfortunately a few days went by and the freon had already leaked out. She called back and decided to go forward with a new 3 ton Goodman heat pump system. Now she doesn't have to worry about her system failing during extreme temps and is now covered by a 10 year manufacturer warranty.
