I have been in the HVAC industry since 2008 and have truly found my place at Bock. We all serve in one way or another. I was raised on traditional values and honesty.

I enjoy a challenge and this is where HVAC has been a very rewarding career for me. Bock helps with allowing me to ensure I have served and improved someones life.

I spend my time away from work enjoying family outings and sorting through old comics and coins.

Once we arrived at Mr. B.'s home, we noticed their evaporator coil was frozen. Once thawed, we determined their was a leak causing refrigerant loss. We replaced the coil and added the refrigerant that they had previously lost. Now their system is running great! See you next time, Mr. B!

Mr. L. had an issue of their system over condensating and causing some water damage. Upon diagnosis, we found that their filter was completely compacted and restricting the air flow. We cut and cleared their drain line and recommended the home owner to change their filters.

Mr. H. called in when his tenant said they noticed water leaking on their ceiling by their return vent. Upon inspection, we noticed that their drain line from their air handler had clogged causing their unit to overflow their drain pan. We recommended to clean their drain line and add a safety switch to prevent this from happening again.

Their coil was frozen, their drain was clogged and their filter was completely compacted restricting airflow. Once we replaced their blower motor, pulled and cleaned their coil, and added a new safety switch to their system they were good to go!

Mr. J. called in with a water leak issue from his system. Upon arrival, we found that the drain was backed up and a piece of PVC had been cracked. We replaced the PVC piece and unclogged the drain line.

Mrs. C. called in stating that she was noticing more condensation than normal coming from her air handler. Upon inspection, it was determined that the blower wheel was clogged causing microbial growth to consume it. We recommended for us to come out and perform a removal and cleaning of the blower wheel and to also install a UV light which will prevent the growth from returning. They were hesitatant on the repairs, but a month later decided to move forward.
