Mrs. N. called in stating that their system was frozen. Once thawed, we were able to diagnose the system. We determined they had a leak in their evap coil. Their system was still under warranty, so we were able to order their coil and top up the lost refrigerant. Thank you for your loyalty, Mrs. N!
