I started this business in 1997. I've always had a passion for HVAC. I love being able to help customers by giving them quality work with competitive pricing.

In my down time I'm an avid fisherman. When the weather is nice (even when it's not), I love to take my boat out to the lakes and fish for crappie. I also like to go up to Missouri to my families property during deer season. You should try my deer jerky! I also sing and play multiple musical instrument. When I'm not hunting, fishing or playing music, I like to go down to Fredericksburg, TX. to dig for arrow heads. I put teams together and love to search for artifacts.

My main "hobby" if you could call it that is prison ministry. I go into jails and prisons and tell them my testimony and preach the word of God.

I discovered water coming through the doorway trim of my upstairs closet door on 7/18/24. I phoned a friend who advised that it was likely that I needed to have my drain line cleared. He referred me to someone who had done some work for him in the past, Stephen. I reached out to Stephen early on 7/19. He was very honest & polite but advised that neither he nor his son would be able to do the job in my area on that day, but that he had a company that would, Bock Services. I phoned the company & got a very polite woman who confirmed someone could come out that day. She added that the svc fee for my area is normally higher but due to the referral they'd reduce it this time. I understood & she got me scheduled for that morning. I rec'd a return phone call from her informing me of the service tech's arrival time (due to traffic). The svc tech arrived on time, identified himself, & immediately put on his shoe covers upon entering the home. I then escorted Eric to my ac unit in the attic. After what I believe to have been a very thorough inspection, he informed me of all of the issues he noticed & included pictures. He adjusted things so that the water would not continue to leak into my home until I could decide on what I wanted to do. Eric generated a list of things that I needed to have done. He listed them by priority, included the price (if done w/in 30 days) for each, & provided an explanation for each. I did get a 2nd & 3rd opinion. I decided to go with Bock to complete the work based on Eric's professionalism & politeness.

My aging AC unit went out suddenly. By the time I was told and shown that there was no coming back from the dead for the unit, it was 87 degrees in this house! My son in law recommended Bock Services and I am so thankful that he did! Steve Bock contacted me very promptly and by 9:00 the next morning his guys were here tearing out the old system. Within four and a half hours the new system was installed!! His crew was extremely proficient, professional and courteous to a degree that I hardly ever see anymore and furthermore, their price for the job was the most reasonable and fair of the three estimates I got. I didn’t even have to sweep up after them, they left everything spotless! All in all, I can not recommend Bock’s more highly! They are a top notch reputable company that I would not hesitate to use again should the need arise and I would most definitely recommend them to anyone looking into AC and heating needs!

My AC thermometer was alarming me when I got home from work that something was wrong with my unit. It is a weekend and of course, extremely hot! Prompt service! My heater went out on the coldest night of the year! Bock sent a tech out they diagnosed the problem and had a new unit out and installed the next day. No mess was left. I am so happy with the service and I would highly recommend them!!!

My a/c was not working and I got very good customer service from Bock. Job was done right. Bock changed out our A/C system. We had a system that was too large for our house, and they could have gotten an easy up sell, but showed us what we need and did a great job. They saved us a few hundred that day, and our electric bill was cutt in half.
