Mrs. L. called us when she purchased a new house and her system wouldn't come on. The furnace in the attic was warped and the door panel wasn't on tight causing the unit not to come on. There were multiple other issues with this HVAC system including needing a new contactor, there was no filter in the unit, new secondary on the coil and some air seal around unit needed. It's very important to get your HVAC inspected prior to purchasing a new home.

We made a few slight adjustments for her heat pump and her system will keep up with her all Winter long! We do recommend maintaining a good filter schedule in order for your system to not work overtime during peak temperatures.

Mr. A. called in stating he found us on Groupon and was having issues with his AC system. When we arrived, we found that his condenser fan motor was over amping and had bearing war. Also his capacitor needed replacing, and that his system was undersized for his home. We quoted out a new system because the repairs wouldn't make sense due to the cost and the age of the system. We hope he gives us a call once he decides on which option he would like.
