Comment: I called Bock Thursday of last week late in the afternoon because my unit was frozen over and not working. They had a technician to my house within the hour. I was told that the unit could be repaired, but they also gave me the option to replace it. The owner of the company (Steve Moon) called me and informed me about the new laws involving R22. He said that he recommended a new unit due to the new laws that are going into effect next year, but had no problem fixing the unit if we were not ready to replace it. I appreciate that the company did not push me to completely replace the unit. I called three other companies for a second opinion and they all immediately wanted me to replace my unit. I am grateful that Bock was willing to give me all of my options and be completely honest about the entire process. The technicians were extremely friendly and took pride in the work that they were doing. While they were at my home, not only did they fix my unit, they also took the time to service my other two units. Thank you Bock for going the extra mile!
