• Comment: From the office staff, to the technicians that came to help me, I was treated with such kindness. AC issues and Texas heat are no joke, and DIY‘s aren’t really helpful. The office staff was great communicating with me so I was able to get my dogs put up before the technicians arrived. The technicians were super knowledgeable and not only did they fix the problem, they also pointed out a few things that I could do as a homeowner to prevent future issues. The technician even took a couple of extra minutes to look up my units warranty, since the previous homeowner had just only installed it back in 2017. Thank you Bock Services!
