Comment: I discovered water coming through the doorway trim of my upstairs closet door on 7/18/24. I phoned a friend who advised that it was likely that I needed to have my drain line cleared. He referred me to someone who had done some work for him in the past, Stephen. I reached out to Stephen early on 7/19. He was very honest & polite but advised that neither he nor his son would be able to do the job in my area on that day, but that he had a company that would, Bock Services. I phoned the company & got a very polite woman who confirmed someone could come out that day. She added that the svc fee for my area is normally higher but due to the referral they'd reduce it this time. I understood & she got me scheduled for that morning. I rec'd a return phone call from her informing me of the service tech's arrival time (due to traffic). The svc tech arrived on time, identified himself, & immediately put on his shoe covers upon entering the home. I then escorted Eric to my ac unit in the attic. After what I believe to have been a very thorough inspection, he informed me of all of the issues he noticed & included pictures. He adjusted things so that the water would not continue to leak into my home until I could decide on what I wanted to do. Eric generated a list of things that I needed to have done. He listed them by priority, included the price (if done w/in 30 days) for each, & provided an explanation for each. I did get a 2nd & 3rd opinion. I decided to go with Bock to complete the work based on Eric's professionalism & politeness.
