BOCK Services have provided superior and efficient service for my home HVAC system. The Office Dispatchers are kind, genuinely willing to help, and rapidly answer and return phone calls. I am pleased with the HVAC system they installed in 2021, replacing the old unit . BOCK Services has been very responsive in servicing and performing any minimal repairs. In January 2024, Levi Chase and Leo were both very courteous and knowledgeable. They worked efficiently and cautiously inside my home. The same high evaluation for Eric Emory, who serviced my AC Unit today, June 11. EXCELLENT SERVICE!

We've been using Bock AC for several years. They are a good company with professional staff and reasonable pricing. They are also very responsive. Eric recently came and got our AC back to where it needed to be. He is very nice and really knows his stuff. Nikki in the office is very pleasant and helpful when I call to make an appointment. Their staff treats customers as they should be treated. It can be hard to find companies like this, so we really appreciate them!

My AC went out, so I found them on Groupon. Purchased my Groupon and called to make an appointment. The receptionist said they could come out that afternoon. An hour later I am getting a phone call from them saying they can come out in the next 30 minutes. The technician came out and repaired my AC in less than an hour. My AC has been working perfect since. Thank you so much. I will be using them again

What a wonderful business! I had my first appointment today with Levi. I had called on Friday and they got me in the next business day for a check up. I received a great 20 minute warning from their dispatcher. Levi was awesome. Quick, professional and friendly. He explained everything he was doing very well. I loved that he showed me what to look for so I wouldn't have another issue. I will definitely be using Bock again.

Great service, friendly and professional. Central heating system went out and they were able to replace it with a new unit the next day. Eric and Levi were courteous and tolerant of my two small, barking dogs. Thanks to them, Steve and the two very nice ladies in the office!

The home owner called in stating their home warranty company had tried fixing their HVAC system multiple times. We arrived Sunday morning and installed a temporary AC cooling system to keep the home owner cool until we were able to get their new equipment installed. They called on a Sunday morning and by Monday afternoon, we had installed a new evaporator coil and had their system cooling by the end of the day! Home owner was very appreciative and we are in the process of helping them get a cash out from their home warranty company to assist with the replacement cost.
