Mr. D. called in when his system stopped heating. Upon inspection, we found that the breaker in his heat kit went out. We ordered a replacement heat kit (since it was no longer available and the part was superseded) and once it came in, we scheduled installation. Now his home is heating great. Mr. D. was so happy he even left us a 5 star review!
