Mrs. C. has a level 2 maintenance agreement with us and has for quite some time! We performed her heating tune-up for the Winter season and noticed that her blower seemed to have some rust on it and the coil was a bit dirty, even after cleaning it during the previous visit. It's so important to maintain your filters on a regular schedule to prevent condensation and dirty from passing through and getting into the coil and ducts. We will keep an eye on it during her next visit in the Spring.
