Mrs. F. called us when she tried to run her heater for the first time this season and it wouldn't turn on. Upon inspection, during some home construction, we noticed that the gas to the system had been turned off. We turned the gas back on and inspected the system, and everything is now running to spec! Sometimes it's just that easy ;).
