Mr. D. has a 2 year maintenance agreement with us that he received when he purchased a new 3 1/2 ton system from us in November of 2023. This visit we performed a heating tune-up. We did notice that the filter was packed and needed to be replaced. We recommended that the customer change their filter more often. We also recommend looking into air purification for the home.
