After a power surge, Ms. H. called because her system wouldn't come back on. Upon inspection, after the power came back on, the system didn't reset itself correctly. We reset the system and tested everything and the unit is now working to spec. We recommend all home owners get a surge protector to prevent any damage from happening to their HVAC system during power surges and outages.
