Ms. A. called because she had a bad experience with another company who installed her mini-split incorrectly. We made the necessary repairs but unfortunately it still didn't correct the problems it was having. After speaking with Daikin technical support, they authorized an entire outside unit replacement for her and now her home is cooling again!
