Mr. S. called when his AC system stopped cooling. Upon arrival, we determined that due to the age and condition of the system, it needed to be replaced. Mr. S. just wanted us to top it up with refrigerant, which we don't always recommend because it will leak back out. We ended up topping it up with 4 more pounds of refrigerant and quoted him a new system.
