Mr. G. called us to find out why his system wasn't working. We determined that unfortunately the insulation in the coil area of his indoor unit was being sucked up into the coil blocking the airflow and causing his coil to freeze. We recommended cleaning his coil, flushing his primary drain pan and line, and also adding a safety switch to his unit to prevent further damage if his drain line clogs again.
