Mr. J. had another company working on their system. Unfortunately they had quite a few issues with their unit. They needed a new board, condenser fan motor, run capacitor, their blower motor pulled and cleaned, their drain line redone and leveled and their supply and return plenum replaced. They're going to contact the other company to try and repair and will call us back if they aren't accommodating.
