Mr. M. called us when he was having issues with his system not coming on after trying to install his own thermostat. Once we found the issue and fixed his thermostat, we did a curtousy diagnosis on his complete system and noticed that their coil was completely clogged and needed to be pulled and cleaned. Instead of performing a pull and clean on the system, the customer decided to upgrade to a higher efficiancy Lennox system. Thank you for trusting us with your repair/replacement, Mr. M.
