I woke up Sunday morning to a house that was 50 degrees on a day when it was sleeting outside.
I called my home warranty people, and they connected me to Bock Air Conditioning and Heating Service. Lisa, with Bock Air called me first thing Monday morning to schedule a time for her guy to come fix the problem. He arrived EXACTLY when she said he would, and took care of the issue quickly.
When a slight billing error occurred, Lisa was able to get it fixed quickly without hesitation.
I’m very pleased with their service, and plan to use them in the future for my HVAC needs
