I have been in the HVAC industry since 2008 and have truly found my place at Bock. We all serve in one way or another. I was raised on traditional values and honesty.

I enjoy a challenge and this is where HVAC has been a very rewarding career for me. Bock helps with allowing me to ensure I have served and improved someones life.

I spend my time away from work enjoying family outings and sorting through old comics and coins.

Eric serviced my AC units today and did a great job. He left a card with a QR code so that I could, only if I wanted to, comment about his service. I do want to comment, but embarrassingly, I one of these retired seniors who has not figured out QR codes. So, I have written my comments below and hope they will do for the same purposed. \"Eric serviced my two air-conditioning units today and was excellent to work with. He explains everything he is doing in a way that makes it understandable. And he explains WHY he is doing it. He has a pleasant demeanor and does not mind answering questions. Unfortunately during their checkup, it was determined that 1 of their blower motors had failed and 2 capacitors needed to be replaced. After the repairs had been made, their systems were cooling to spec and Mrs. W. was happy!
